Joel D'Silva's research focuses primarily on regulatory and policy issues relating to new technologies like nanotechnologies and synthetic biology.
Joel has published in the European Intellectual Property Review, European Journal of Health Law, European Journal of Risk Regulation and Studies in Ethics, Law and Technology -amongst others on various aspects of Technology, Law & related policy.
He is also the Nanotechnology Correspondent of the European Journal of Risk Regulation.
